Beo’s Reformer Flow
Effective and diverse movements, this class will provide you opportunities to tone your abs and arms, strengthen your core, and lengthen your spine and legs. Our experienced instructors will guide you through classical Pilates combined with Beo Pilates’ signature contemporary style!
This class is good for beginners, people recovering after surgery or injury, and a great addition to your routine during pregnancy as well!
Beo’s Reformer All Levels
Beo’s Reformer All Levels is Beo’s Pilates standard Pilates reformer class that features basic Pilates moves plus their progression, as well as intermediate exercises.
This class flows at an average pace. The instructor may offer various modifications or progressions of difficulty based on your individual level of preparedness.
Beo’s Cardio Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt is one of more challenging types of Pilates. This is a high-energy, low-impact workout that will elevate your heart rate. During this class our instructors will guide you through your workout using the reformer and other various types of equipment. One of the most frequently used pieces of equipment for your cardio workout will be the jumpboard.
Beo’s Cardio Sculpt movements are performed against gravity with different parts of the body, such as the arms and legs, often with weights. Note that this class is not recommended for prenatal and postnatal populations..
